It is our business to provide you with supplemental markets to write those classes of business or types of risks normally declined by the standard companies because of location, unusual nature of business, or the size of the risk. Although many agents do not look for this business their clients often have insurance needs beyond that of the companies they represent. We can help in placing those insurance needs.

We believe that, while it may not be wise to submit the same risk to many surplus houses, not all firms can provide all the services you may require. We will not suggest that we can quote all risks which are submitted to us. There are however, a few areas in which we can offer quality service. We have enclosed a list of those risks for which we feel we can be of assistance.

Because there are some restrictions of the types of business we will quote, it provides us the opportunity to offer efficient and professional service on those risks we can write. Even if we can't write the risk, we'll not waste your time by not getting back to you. We realize these are your clients and we'll provide you with the best terms we can obtain.

With today's changing marketplace, it may be helpful to call and discuss quotations after you have had the opportunity to review them. There are times when a small change in terms could mean the difference between not writing and binding an account.
